Hey guys! Sorry for the late post, I just got back from basketball. Anyways, here's a question for you! We know that Snowball and Napoleon have their differences, but will it change the goal of the animals? Will they argue to the point where all the animals resent each other and there is no equality? Or will Snowball and Napoleon set aside their differences for the sake of the animals? Comment below on what you think!
I think that Snowball and Napoleon will set aside their differences because they have a common goal which is to be free from the humans and if they are always debating/arguing on different decisions that makes the animals vulnerable to the humans who want to regain control over them.
ReplyDeleteAlthough Snowball and Napoleon have their differences, I don't think that it will change the goal of the animals because they both want the same thing. Snowball and Napoleon will set aside their differences and work together because being free from the humans is the most important thing to them.
ReplyDeleteI do not think that the animals' goal will change because both Snowball and Napoleon have the same goal. They may differ in their methods and ideas, but the goal to be free from the humans is something the two have in common. I think they will work together to achieve this goal for the sake of the animals.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I think that ultimately the goal of the animals will not be changed due to the fact that despite the fact that they have their differences both Snowball and Napoleon want the same for all of the animals. Although they have a similar goal in mind I highly doubt they will put aside their ideals any time soon.
ReplyDeleteSo long as Snowball and Napoleon both remain loyal to the Commandments of Animalism, I think that they can set aside their differences to work together for the good of the animals. If they both believe in equality for the animals, then they might argue over how to achieve it, but they will be united by a common goal.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, I think that Snowball and Napoleon, the way they have shown their characters so far, will have arguments on how the farm should be run, but eventually, they will, for the sake of the community, work together to keep this 'machine' going.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, the animals' goal will not change because of Napoleon and Snowball. I think they will set aside their differences in order to defeat their common enemy
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, Snowball and Napoleon will work it out because they both have the same goal, but with different methods of performing it.
ReplyDeleteI think that even though Napoleon and Snowball have their differences, they will set them aside to achieve their main goals. They have different ways of doing it, but they have the right idea in mind.
ReplyDeleteI think that because of Snowball's ambitious attitude versus Napoleon's more stubborn stature, that this will weaken the authority of animal farm, and possibly lead to deep divides on animal farm.
ReplyDeleteAlthough Napoleon and Snowball have their differences, they both want to achieve the same goal. They have different ways of exhibiting it but they are trying to do the best for the Animal Farm as a whole.
ReplyDeleteThis is a fantastic critical thinking question related to the novel. Well done!
